The screen looks strange

Question

Hello, when I click on "Dashboard" on Canvas, the screen looks strange with just bunch of squares.  What does this mean?  I can't work on my courses nor syllabi uploading because none of these squares are clickable and there is no label on any of these squares.

Hello there, @YokoShimazaki-K ...

Do you see flashing gray squares on your screen like those described in Solved: When I log on to Canvas, none of my courses are sh... - Instructure Community (canvaslms.com)?  The links I had provided in my reply from 2019 still apply.  You might also want to try a different browser.  For example, you might try using an up-to-date version of Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.  You might also try clearing your browser history/cache, too, to see if that helps:

If none of those options work for you, it might be a good idea to contact Canvas Support:

* How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor?
