Parent Registration

Question

Once a parent is set-up in Canvas and has a parent account, will that registration transfer from year to year until they exit the district?

Ex: Parents sign up with their middle schooler, do they sign up again for high school or do they stay registered?

Hi @CyndiAllen -

In most districts, that registration will stay with you! Even if your student moves schools, as long as they stay in the same district, the account should work. It makes it easy to move from school year to school year. 🙂
