The create new course feature in my free canvas account is disabled. How can I create new courses?

I just signed in to my own Free For Teachers account, and I am able to see the "Start a New Course" button on the upper right corner of my screen (just above the "View Grades" button). When you say that the button is disabled...do you mean that you can see the button but cannot click on it? Or, can you not see the "Start a New Course" button at all?
