I am trying to create an ordering question and keep getting an error.
The error message I get is "An unexpected error occurred while loading this page. Please try returning to the home page."
All other question types are working fine.
Hi @Shannon_55730393,
I was just able to add an Ordering question on my end using Chrome. Have you tried clearing your browser’s cache or testing it out in a different browser? If you're still seeing the error after that, I'd recommend looping in support so they can take a closer look.

I've tried chrome and safari and still have the issue. I did submit a ticket to support, thanks.
Thanks for putting in a ticket with support.
Please let us know when this has been resolved and, if possible, what the solution was.

I can enter an ordering question directly into an exam. The issue is occurring when I try to add one to an item bank.
Thank you for saying that!
Please come back and let us know when this has been been resolved!
When I go to an item bank and try to add an Ordering item, this error occurs for me too, @Shannon_55730393. It must be an issue that Support will confirm. @El Rabe Can you try this and see what happens? Thanks!
Hello all. We are experiencing this same error message in Item Banks with the Fill-in-the-blank question type. The error is not consistent as when I create a new Fill-in-the-blank question type in Item Banks they work correctly, but if the Fill-in-the-blank question type was copied or moved over to the Item Banks the error message appears. Hoping that Support addresses this quickly.
Apologies for the late reply. I'm getting the same error. As a workaround, I added the Ordering question in a quiz then added it to an Item Bank using the Item Banking option in NQ. -El
Yes, that is working at the moment as a workaround. I tried again today and still had the same message when trying to add to a quiz bank directly.
Yesterday, after much trial and error…I concluded the new quizzes matching choice options do not work as I expected, and have used with other LMS. I thought that I could provide students a matching choice quiz with multiple attempts that would report incorrectly answered matches on the first attempt, and display the…
I have seen documentation that says you must recopy your iCal link and resubscribe when you are enrolled in new classes, does this mean my iCal feed link changes each time, or do i just need to re-fetch the .ics file?
We use course pacing to manage due dates, because we run ~20 something courses each quarter and manually setting due dates would be a nightmare. Several courses have two core topics. We want to allow students to choose which of these they will pursue first. Is there any way to configure multiple course paces with different…

Hoping someone can explain for me. We're using pacing to avoid manually dating regular assignments each quarter, but the dates I see are based on when the course was instantiated, while students see dates based on when they were added to the course by [backend software I don't know anything about, presumably]. If I set…
