We have been receiving notification emails regarding openings through our ticketing system, and we would like to obtain more information about these notifications.

Could you please provide details on how these notifications are triggered and what they correspond to?

Hi @Abdeljelil,

Without seeing the notifications or knowing your exact support setup, it's going to be almost impossible for users here to provide much help on this one. Assuming you're a root Canvas admin, I'd recommend reaching out to your Instructure Customer Success Manager (CSM) so you could review things together and understand what exactly is going on (and if any changes need to be made).
