Final score/earned points do not match Assessment score/Gradebook points

This is the first time I have experienced this issue and I have been using Canvas/Speedgrader for 5+ years.

I have an assignment where the points earned by a student (this is happening for several students that completed the assignment) do not match the Assessment points or the points posted to the gradebook. I have provided screenshots.

What is happening and how do I fix it?

I ensured that the points the assignment is worth in the settings matches the total in the assignment/sum points assigned to questions.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@JessicaGibbs87925350 That is definitely worrisome. You should submit this directly to Canvas Support. I can tell you that there have been no reports of this in my institution's instance so far.
