For your faculty/staff users who are also students in your instance, do they have multiple logins/user IDs on each account? Or do they have two separate accounts (one as faculty/staff with one login, one as student with a different login)?
I ask as we're moving to Banner SaaS soon, and all our student ID numbers are changing. This is what students use to login to our instance. Currently, all faculty/staff can login to our instance using their institutional username and credentials OR their student ID number, which brings them into the same account. Students with no institutional username (never faculty/staff) can only login using their student ID number.
I'm curious if any colleges utilize two Canvas accounts for faculty/staff who are also students, instead of the one account with two logins available method.
