Speedgrader Problems

An adjunct is having issues with Speedgrader. The "Save this comment for reuse" feature frequently does not work. Also, the "Submit Assessment" command sometimes fails.

She regularly clears her browsing history, cache, and other data. She uses Chrome. Toggling Performance Upgrades didn't work. Neither did Incognito/Private mode.

Any solutions?

We just started having Speedgrader issues this week with opening documents submitted in the dropbox. We've not run into this as of yet but perhaps a correlation; unsure though.

We are having this problem as well, Save comments for future use will NOT show the dropdown in the next students page unless you fully refresh the page. You have to refresh each time for every student. Happening in all browsers.

Hi @wcpoole,

If this is something that is still happening and occurs with different browsers and after clearing web browsing data, I would recommend that you (or they) contact Support directly so that they can look into it.

I have Canvas set to drop the lowest quiz score, however, my students can only barely tell that the grade text is slightly grey when dropped. Can it have a tag like the "missing" and "exempt" ones in the student gradebook?
Batch edit assignment due dates by section
My Canvas shell has three different sections that all meet at different times throughout the week.
