I have a student that can't remember his Canvas password and doesn't get an email to reset it when he clicks to reset it. Can someone help me so I can help him? Nothing is in his spam either. And this has happened last year too but I can't remember what we did.

If your institution has a unique login URL, a common issue is for students to do a Google search for Canvas, which has a high chance of taking them to the wrong login portal. My students would often find themselves at the portal for the Free version of Canvas. Once at the wrong portal, it will not recognize their email address when attempting to use Forgot Password, therefore will not send an email.

I am just curiousas to why there is not a field to enter a description for an outcome at the account level? Or at least edit the rating when you attach/link an account level outcome to a rubric. When you create a new criterion for a rubric, you enter a decription for a rating, but for an account level outcome.
