Since yesterday afternoon, the platform has been slow to load. It currently loads correctly, but constantly displays a 403 Forbidden error.
My students are also experiencing the same error and are unable to submit assignments.

Yesterday, Canvas did experience some slow load times for some users. You can look at their official status page, and you'll see their notes from November 7th on that page. Also, at the very top of this page, there is a link to view the uptime of your own Canvas environment.
Have you tried accessing Canvas with a different browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome? I've also had good success with the Microsoft Edge browser. Have you tried clearing your browser history/cache files? After you do that, close your browser completely, then log back in to Canvas.

When you are creating a quiz and/or also reviewing a quiz in Canvas after the class has taken it, the questions aren't numbered so after you get past the first few questions, there is no way to even tell what number you are on. Can someone change that?
