Unfortunately, this is not the exact space here in the Canvas Community website to be making your suggestions for improvements to the Canvas LMS (Learning Management System). You can find that area over at: Canvas Ideas - Instructure Community. However, please note that the entire feature idea process is undergoing some changes, and I'm not exactly sure when the new process will be launched for everyone. I am just curiousas to why there is not a field to enter a description for an outcome at the account level? Or at least edit the rating when you attach/link an account level outcome to a rubric. When you create a new criterion for a rubric, you enter a decription for a rating, but for an account level outcome.
