I am an instructor and created my course for students at my higher education institution. Someone outside my institution is seeking access to it and is required to use a "join code." What is this, where do I find it, and how do I make it available?
Hi @amber10 ...
If you are not the Canvas administrator at your school, you might need to talk to the person who is...as they may need to enable a setting at the Canvas account level first. Here are a couple Guides for you that should help:
I hope these Guides will be of help to you. Good luck! Sing out if you have any questions.
Chris Hofer's response is partially helpful. I am also the administrator of the course. I granted administrative access to another person to allow the course to marry my institution's Blackboard course. However, it seems like my accessibility as administrator has been altered because I'm unable to find the link that allows self-enrollment with a join code. Please advise.

In the quiz settings, the instructor entered 9 possible answers for this question. The student entered one of these answers. However, that particular question was…
Looking for the addition of partial credit for alternative format questions in Canvas, like ordering and category/matrix. We can only do it in close drop down, matching, and multiple response.
