Quiz Response Issue

I have my new quizzes set to show student responses as correct/incorrect once after each attempt. This has worked for all of my quizzes, but one student is having an issue with one of the quizzes. The correct/incorrect responses are not showing. I previewed the quiz and it worked for me. I don't know what the issue is. I'm attaching an image of the error message the student is receiving.

Hi @jwatts1 thanks for letting us know and my pleasure to help! Unfortunately though, I am not able to view the image. Any chance you can send a recording instead or what is the error message exactly saying?

Also have you assigned it to everyone on the settings page?

Yes, I have assigned the quiz to everyone. I'm attaching the error message my student received again as a .jpg

Not sure how helpful this may be but the steps I typically take are:

Look at the user details - Were they trying to see through the app? Through a web browser? Is their web browser the latest version? Did you have the student try clearing their cache and cookies?

Most of the time, that will resolve it for my students. Typically they are out of date on the browser or something is caught in their cache.

Restore grades accidentally deleted
One of our faculty accidentally deleted an assignment. I restored it by using the "undelete" option, but grades that had been manually assigned have disappeared. Is there a way to restore those grades?
