When dragging and dropping assignments onto the calendar, the default time of 11:59pm is replaced with 12:59am. I have checked the time zone and default time at the Admin, Course and User level. Any ideas how to solve?

On the Settings page of the course, there is also a default due time. This default due time will also match the time zone of the course. If you are not in the same time zone as the course time zone, that will make a difference in what you see.
For example, I am in Mountain time, and my course is in Eastern time, as you can see from the screenshot below. However, when I set a due date for an assignment, it matches my time zone (see the second screenshot) and changes the due time for those in the same time zone as the course.

When you are creating a quiz and/or also reviewing a quiz in Canvas after the class has taken it, the questions aren't numbered so after you get past the first few questions, there is no way to even tell what number you are on. Can someone change that?
