I'm not sure if you realized this or not, but you have posted your message to your instructor, Rebecca, in the global Canvas Community website. This site is not the same as the course(s) you are taking via your school's Canvas environment. If you need to contact your instructor directly, within Canvas you will want to click on the "Help" icon located on the far left-hand global navigation menu. I am just curiousas to why there is not a field to enter a description for an outcome at the account level? Or at least edit the rating when you attach/link an account level outcome to a rubric. When you create a new criterion for a rubric, you enter a decription for a rating, but for an account level outcome.
