Error Exporting in Canvas

Hi,

I have two courses I wanted to export. I was successful in exporting one of them, but the second course gave me this error message.

"There was an error exporting your content. Please notify your system administrator and give them the following export identifier: "content_export_75732"

 

Any suggestions?

I have never experienced this message before.

Have you reached out to your school's Canvas team? What did they say?

Have you reached out to Canvas Support directly? What did they say?

If either were able to help you and you know what the cause and resolution were, can you please let us know?
