We are new to using Canvas here for the US Coast Guard. We have different officer accession courses, but we use many of the same files and question banks. Is there a way of sharing these same files and question banks or transferring them both from one officer accession course into another created officer accession course?

To add content to existing courses, you can pull content using the "import" process. Details here;https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Instructor-Guide/How-do-I-copy-content-from-another-Canvas-course-using-the/ta-p/1012
If you want to select specific content, click the Select specific content radio button [2].If you chose to select specific content in your course, the current job will show as Waiting for selection [2], which means you must select the content you want to import.

I am just curiousas to why there is not a field to enter a description for an outcome at the account level? Or at least edit the rating when you attach/link an account level outcome to a rubric. When you create a new criterion for a rubric, you enter a decription for a rating, but for an account level outcome.
