I need to unlink my Softchalk account from my Canvas account in the External Tool Softchalk. I used the wrong login for the external tool Softchalk cloud. I need to change the Softchalk account.

Since this appears to be a matter related specifically to your school, I recommend reaching out to your teacher or school's canvas administrator for assistance, as most of us here in the Canvas Community do not have access to your course or your school's Canvas instance.

Hi There, We are in the process of transitioning to Canvas this year and were wanting to connect with any other MYP schools to see how you setup Assignment and grading under your modules. Or you could guide us to any resources you may have.
Our "Outcomes" has not been working for about 6 months. Teachers can't build and attach Outcomes to new quizzes. Canvas said it was a rollover issue. Canvas won't fix it unless we pay them $2000 to "re-train" us for 10 hours. Has anyone had this problem and did it get fixed?
