I am an instructor. The Totals column is missing from the gradebook. Is there a setting that needs to be changed? It's not that in the Settings, the "Hide totals in student grades summary" (which applies to students anyway) is checked.

There is also a setting within the gradebook itself to hide the totals column. Please check whether that is selected.
From the gradebook, on the top right, you should see 3 buttons, import, export and a settings wheel. Click the wheel .
A sidebar will open with 3 tabs, select the third one, "View Options". Under there, you will see an option to "Hide Total Column". Is that option selected?
If so, unselect it (like in the image above)
@AsifShakeel - while @Gabriel33 has the likely solution, I wish to add that it is also possible to move the total column to the front of the gradebook. If that is true, it is easy to overlook as it is in what may be an unexpected position.

In the case above, this is a UX/UI bug issue. If there are too many columns in the gradebook and the total column is somehow "wrongly" adjusted, the total column disappears. To get it to show, you need to squish ALL the other columns in the table and you should be able to see the total column enough to adjust.
All this being said… this seems like this is a pretty annoying UI bug on the grading table. This workaround fix is not intuitive to most end users (or ideal since the columns need to be squished a lot - barely legible) and the table structure/code/framework obviously struggles with a lot of assignments (and let's face it, these tables typically have a lot of assignments/columns).

I am just curiousas to why there is not a field to enter a description for an outcome at the account level? Or at least edit the rating when you attach/link an account level outcome to a rubric. When you create a new criterion for a rubric, you enter a decription for a rating, but for an account level outcome.
