I have not received an invite to the course, even though my professor said she has added me multiple times.
@AnabelABULENCIA If the instructor has not yet published the course, course invites will not have gone out yet. If it is published, your email could be filtering the invites to the Spam folder. In that case, you should still see the invite on your Canvas Dashboard.
Are you able to see course invites for other courses? If yes, then talk with the professor. If no, there is the chance you are on the wrong instance of Canvas.
Institutions can set up login portals to access Canvas. This means if you do not go to the correct URL for your portal, and instead do a Google Search for Canvas, you might find yourself logging into the free version of Canvas rather than your school's version. Try this:
Logout, then go to your institution's website and see if they have a login link for Canvas. Go to that link and sign in through that page. If that worked, bookmark that link for quick access. This means you were not signed into your institution's portal.
If you still cannot see your class, reach out to your institution's tech department. We are primarily volunteers and would not have access to your institution's Canvas to assist. Your tech department would be better equipped to help.

We are testing a third party integration from our college's ERP provider. We have connected it to our test environment. It seems to have very few features and options. Now they are expanded by default and I see no way to collapse them. When a teacher is grading 20 of the same assignment, he or she knows what each point value entails. By having them…
As "Ideas" section is gone (at least for now), I'm posting a feature request here. Mobile app shows a list of students who have submitted or not submitted a quiz/assignment. Would be good to have this in web version as well as way to export csv.
Could you please clarify about the URL structure for the new Canvas Portfolio feature after the retirement of the ePortfolios on June 30, 2026?
