I wondered how long it takes for a course to appear on my canvas after adding it through my college's website. Is there a set time or maximum time I should wait before contacting someone? I also wondered if it being the weekend affected any of this.

Hello @SaraAlvarado - at my institution students can register for courses over the weekend and the enrollment will appear in Canvas later the same day. But that may not be the same everywhere. My suggestion would be to reach out to your support team at the college if the course does not appear within your Canvas by late Monday morning. That way you are giving the system time to process the enrollment. I suggest this not knowing the term schedule, if the term has started, if the course is published, etc.
