Using Google Translate, it said the message was, "Our connection request was denied". I'm not exactly sure what that means. You may need to reach out to your school's Canvas administrators or someone from your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education team. And, depending on what they may or may not find, they may need to contact the folks at Turnitin directly. Turnitin in a third-party plagiarism checker application that integrates with Canvas. So, technical support directly from Turnitin (and not the Canvas technical support team) might be necessary.
I'm not sure if this is the school you go to, but this is the Canvas page for the National University of Singapore: Login to NUS Canvas. You can see there are some options there for both instructor and student support via the "Staff Helpdesk" and "Student Help" icons. There is also an icon for "Call IT Care".

I have Canvas set to drop the lowest quiz score, however, my students can only barely tell that the grade text is slightly grey when dropped. Can it have a tag like the "missing" and "exempt" ones in the student gradebook?
My Canvas shell has three different sections that all meet at different times throughout the week.
