accessing ITIL4 certification exam

I have completed ITIL 4 Foundations Training via Knowledge Academy. They provided me with a code to access the certification test, but I cannot figure out where/how to access it. There doesn't seem to be an option to do so in PeopleCert, even though I can see the class listed in my profile. Who can help?

Welcome to the Canvas Community.  This is a public discussion board for people using Canvas at different schools all over the world, so folks on this forum do not have any specific information about a particular course you may have taken.  

I recommend contacting the Knowledge Academy for assistance.  It looks like they have contact information on their page at https://www.theknowledgeacademy.com/us/
