CANVAS Integration with aXcelerate

Question

I am trying to import assessments in aXcelerate from CANVAS, it seems the integration setup is completed successfully but the import is still not working.. I have tested integration setup in aXcelerate and it looks all okay and connection verified successfully. Any support from experts is much appreciated.

This may be an issue that you want to ask aXcelerate support about. They have a chat function available and may have more knowledge around this, especially since the importing happens in aXcelerate and not in Canvas. Please feel free to share what you learn here though for future users.
