How can a co-teacher access Google LTI 1.3 Assignment info before students submit?

Hi!    I have this question from a Special Ed teacher who is also listed as Teacher in a course with a GenEd teacher.   Any ideas or workarounds on how she can see the assignment before students do?  I did a google search and found some ideas, but wondering if there are tested/proven practices you have to share.  Thanks!

Here is her question:

"I’m running into a tricky situation with Google LTI.  When a gen ed teacher posts a Google LTI assignment to Canvas, I can’t see the assignment until a student has submitted the work. I’m a teacher in the class but can’t see the original assignment.  Does that make sense? It makes it hard to prepare modifications for the students.  What’s a good work around?"

I just experimented on this with a co-worker.  I added her as a co-teacher to my class and then peered over her shoulder.  She linked her Google account to my course and then she could see the original assignment  just the same as I can. To access the file included the user needs to click on the paperclip in the window.

Even if I selected the speedgrader as an option for scoring, the teacher could still see this window at some point in their workflow. I hope this helps!
