Can someone give me some guidance on how to complete a factsheet ?
Hello @Kieran0812 and welcome to the Instructure Community! Your question is consistent with a course assignment, as there aren't any Canvas tools called "factsheet." The best option is to ask your instructor how to complete that assignment. You can reach them from inside Canvas by selecting the Help menu and then Ask Your Instructor a Question.
