Thank you for that clarification. Since you're able to log in, there's an option to request technical support from Instructure by selecting the Report a Problem link on the Help menu. This is detailed in the page Canvas Free-for-Teacher FAQ

Canvas needs the same Speedgrader tools available for Canvas Discussions. Highlighting, point annotation, text comments, strikethrough, area annotations, etc. This would make instructor feedback easier.
