I would suggest reaching out to your teacher or your school/institution Canvas team (usually in the eLearning / IT / Digital Education areas) to let them know you're experiencing issues. The screenshot you posted here appears to be from an external tool or integration with Canvas, not form Canvas itself, so someone at your school will probably be able to support you better than anyone at Instructure or even the users here in the community will be able to.
