Canvas Gradebook

In the Canvas Gradebook, there was an option in the Grade column for an assignment to send a Canvas message to students who were missing the assignment.  Where did this go?  This is frustrating as a teacher who wishes to send communication quickly to students and parents/guardians about missing work.

Please bring this option back.

I can still see this option

If I click on the three dot menu for an assignment which has a due date I see the option to message students who have not submitted (among other options)

However if the assignment has no due date I don't see that option, I just see message students who have not been graded/scored more than/scored less than...
