You can use the Redirect tool which would allow you to add an additional link on your course navigation menu. Keep in mind that if you were to create a link to somewhere within your course, if you later copy/import the course content to another course, you'll need to re-check that Redirect link to make sure it is pointing to the current course and not the previous course.
