I am a former OCPS teacher and have built many things in Canvas. Now, I am working for UCF and unable to import contents through different institution. It seems like the Commons does not work with OCPS and UCF anymore.

You don't necessarily need to use Canvas Commons to move content from one school Canvas environment (in your case, OCPS) to a different Canvas environment (in your case, UCF). What you can do (without needing Canvas Commons) is to export your entire course from the OCPS Canvas environment. Then, once you've downloaded that export file, you'll want to import that file into your UCF course. Here are the two Guides you'll want to take a look at:
