Course Navigation menu won't reorder

I have been trying to reorder my course navigation menu following the drag and drop instructions in the instructors guide.

After I reorder and click save, the menu just reverts to the default. 

Is there another setting somewhere that allows the reordering?

No, you are correct. This is a widespread bug that is affecting the settings in all our courses as well. I've attempted to log into Canvas to submit a case, but I'm receiving an SSO error. This impacts the student experience, so I hope more users chime in and we can open a case as soon as possible.
