Student Access Problem

Hello!

Trying to get a student access to their canvas account. I attempted to send the account to a different email, but she continues to get the same error. She is unable to access or verify her account. I've tried all obvious solutions but am getting stuck.

Can you confirm whether you are using an organisational installation - if so you will need to refer this to your local LMS/ITS team please ?
