I have just swap to another section of the same course yet their canvas classroom is already published. So I am still stuck on my previous section's canvas classroom. Will canvas update it?

Different institutions have different methods for enrolling students in their Canvas courses, so you may need to contact your own institution for more information about this issue. You have posted on a global Canvas community board; we do not know the details for your organization.
However, many schools have an integration between an enrollment program (a Student Information System, or SIS) and Canvas, and there often is a "sync" process set up to occur periodically, usually overnight. If it has not been at least a full 24 hours since your schedule was changed, you may just need to wait for Canvas to get the update.
