Hide marks for an individual student

Hi there

I have some students whose assessment results are under review for possible plagiarism. I would like to hide their individual marks from view while this process takes place, but I do not want other students to be disadvantaged as I can see that I can hide a whole groups marks, but that is not what I want. 

I would think that hiding an individual mark would be a basic requirement of a marking system?

I'm sorry. I don't think Canvas can do this. It can hide the grades for one assignment from the whole class, but I do not believe it can only hide one student's grade. 

 

Could you record the score, and then erase that grade until the investigation is complete?
