Enabling "People" tab for students does not work

Hello! I want to enable the people tab to be visible to students. Although I have set it properly in the course setting > Navigation and the eye icon is removed from it, it still does not appear to the students. I have cleared my browser's cache and checked with Firefox and Chrome browsers, but the issue persists.

Hi @MasihHayeri,

Since it sounds like you've done the usual necessary steps on your end to make the People tool visible, it may be that your school/institution has disabled the permission for students to view the user list, which effectively disables the People tool no matter what you, as the teacher, configure.  I'd recommend reaching out to your school/institution Canvas admin (usually in the eLearning / IT / Digital Education areas) to determine if this is actually the case.
