I can't tell from the screenshot if this is related to this issue...
But we suggest that you inform Canvas support and let them know you're having issues with Speedgrader -- this will let them know the scope of the impact and if it's affecting many other instructors they can prioritize the issue for a fix.

I am also experiencing this problem today. It appears to be similar to the issue that occurred in February earlier this year. Speed grader will not display uploaded text files (specifically .cpp) so that they can be annotated.
