User subscription per year?

Question

How can I determine how many user or student subscriptions that I have used?

And does that count for subscriptions that role over from the previous year?

I am trying to figure out if how many that we should purchase for the next year.

Can anyone help with this?

Do you have a CSM from Instructure?  They would be the best resource to get this info.

Are you asking about Canvas or some application that you access from within Canvas? This is the community for Canvas (the learning management system) and the notion of user or student subscriptions is foreign to me.

I'm not the person who pays the bill, but I think we pay Instructure / Canvas a rate based on our full time equivalency (FTE) and Canvas doesn't limit us if we happen to go over or refund us if we don't use that many. However, external [to Canvas] tools may be subscription based and charge per user.
