We would like to be able to upload lists of new students to create new Canvas Student user accounts. Can you tell me the best way to do this so that we dont have to add them manually one at a time?

If you're using an open-source or a paid Instructure-hosted Canvas environment, this would usually be done by an admin using the sis import functionality. If you're on the free for teacher version, that functionality won't be available because there is no administrative access.
