Is there a way to change the default font size in Quizzes? As it is, I have to change it for every question and answer choice individually.

You'd have to change that setting for every question/answer. I would generally caution against doing that though, as it seems ot be better for fonts to have a consistent size throughout the system. Users who need bigger or smaller text would likely be using a zoom feature already, so manually changing the font size for quizzes could actually make things worse for your suers rather than better. Just my two cents as a Canvas admin though.
