Canvas Chatbot

I will be co-ordinating a course with 1500 enrolled students. Piazza is used to manage student questions. This is time consuming. To address this I would like a chatbot integrated with Piazza on Canvas that is pre-loaded with data to respond to student questions and enquiries. Is this possible to do?

As far as I know, Piazza is a third-party tool that can be integrated with Canvas. I do not know if Piazza has the capabilities of having an integrated chatbot. That would be a question you'd need to as the makers of Piazza. Since Instructure (the folks that make Canvas) do not make Piazza, they wouldn't be able to help answer that kind of question. Reaching out to Piazza is your best option here. Good luck!
