PDF of Feedback for full semester

I have some formative assignments in Canvas and I want to be able to determine if the student followed up on my feedback in subsequent assignments.

Is there a way I can print out or have a PDF file of all my feedback to a student without having to go back and forth and click on every student every week?

Why can't we add a rubric to an essay question in Quizzes?
