How can we make Passport to Canvas appear on all students' dashboards? Also, we would like to do the same with Growing with Canvas and our teachers/staff. We are new to Canvas and want those guides to be available by roles or just overall.

One idea you might consider is making those courses "public" so that anyone with the link has access to them. That way, if you didn't want to go through the process of enrolling people into those courses, you could then add those two links to your "Help" menu within Canvas as custom links available only to instructors (or whatever roles you picked).
