Exporting Test questions from Cengage into Canvas

Helo Forum,

We currently use Cengage textbooks and I am able to make test questions online through this forum.  I am given some exporting tools for the test and I was hoping that we might be able to do this directly into a quiz/test on Canvas. Option includes QTI for Canvas.

 

Any ideas on how to do this?
