I am trying to enable differentiation but it is not coming up as an option in my settings. Can someone help?

What is your role in your Canvas account? If you are an instructor, you may need to reach out to one of your Canvas admin and request the feature be enabled. Depending on your role, here are a couple of guides that might be beneficial.
