Quiz questions

A student is trying to run a quiz but when she starts, no questions are visible. It works for other students and she said she has tried multiple machines.

Does anyone have an idea as to why this could be happening?

Hello @330467 - It's hard to know what the problem is without seeing what the student sees. Is the entire page blank or does the student see the "Quiz Instructions" at the top of the page? In the upper right, does the student see "Questions" and the running time? Are they using a Chromebook? The mobile app?

Here are a few things the student could try:

There might be Chrome extensions that are causing issues with Canvas. (Our help desk says there has been at least one extension that has caused issues in the past). I would recommend disabling most/all extensions when the student is taking the quiz to see if this helps.
The student should clear the browser's cache and cookies (clear cache for Mac or for Windows) on the browser and device. Recommended: Set the time frame to "all time" before clearing.
