LPG Form clarification

I'm currently working on the curriculum planning section of the course where we fill out an LPG form. I'm a little confused by the activity. Are we supposed to have selected a single TEK to cover and make one coherent lesson as we go through the different pages? I'm a little confused about how its being presented.
