allowing access to assignment only after completing a prior assignment

How do I create completion requirements for an assignment - meaning that a student can only access a specific assignments after he completes a different one?

There are two ways you can achieve this

1. Set a pre-requisite for a module, this will require the student to complete all the requirements of a module before they can open the next module: https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Instructor-Guide/How-do-I-add-prerequisites-to-a-module/ta-p/1123
