Blocking the eduappcenter

We are attempting to disable the Eduappcenter ("Apps"). We followed a posting from this Community about turning off LTI installation for certain roles. Namely, Teachers. But it still appears no matter what is disabled in Roles and Permissions. What are we missing?

I don't think you'll be able to disable the actual "Apps" tab within the account "Settings" screen.  In my mind, the permissions for Manage LTI are not to disable the "Apps" tab altogether for a given permission.  Rather, those permissions are to configure the permissions inside the "Apps" tab.

If you go to the actual EduAppCenter website, you can create an account on that site to create a "whitelist" of allowable apps that people would be able to select from at your school.
