We are not currently licensed for BigBlueButton but it is showing up on our course navigation menu. We have hidden it but I want to remove it entirely so the instructor does not see it either. How do I do this?
Hi @casey_eubank,
Are you using the Instructure housed cloud Canvas product? As far as I know, a basic BigBlueButton license is included with that Canvas subscription. The menu item used to be called Conferences, but was renamed to reflect the 3rd party vendor in the last couple years. I don't think there's a way to remove that entirely even from as an admin, but I'd recommend reaching out to your Instructure CSM to see if they have any additional controls to remove that item if you'd really like it gone.

Thank you everyone! I will contact Support!

Even when drafts are original, longer explanations and summaries tend to reuse common phrasing, especially in research-heavy assignments. Before submitting, I usually do a quick cleanup pass to reduce…

In Classic Quizzes, it is possible to display question-level feedback to students without manually grading an essay question on a quiz. Can this be enabled in New Quizzes? Use Case: This feature is vital for practice quizzes that include essay questions along with other question types. We mix essay questions with other…
